Been using these guys for a while now with no problems was easy to set up the communication with these guys are second to none I’ve had such confidence in the spider guys that I upgraded to a pro router again ordering this was a breeze I’ve tried other vpn servers like libertyshield but nothing will ever come close to spiders service

I subscribed on a two year plan on recommendations from various forums and my initial subscription enquiries were dealt with both promptly and to my satisfaction.

Setup was very straight forward and despite some minor initial issues encountered the Spider team were excellent at talking me through and resolving to my satisfaction.

It's early days but very impressed so far with both the VPN, router and especially the customer service and is an added bonus that can use the VPN on the go!

I was a tad sceptical (as I always over analyse pros and cons) but honestly take the plunge and support spider and let the product grow and you won't be disappointed.

Big recommendation for the Service and it is both affordable and of the highest quality connection/speeds. 👌

From start to finish the spidervpn team have been amazing, took a couple of minutes to get the router up and running and it works perfect. The VPN only as well works great away from home so I'm always covered. Overall I'd 100% recommend spider vpn.

I have noticed that a number of wireless services in the house stopped working i.e. wireless printing. you have to make sure all your wireless devices are set up on the spidervpn service.
