SPINAWAY IS A SCAM STAY AWAY.

I requested a withdrawel where they requested documents which i have sent to them on numerous occasions cause then this is needed then that and so on, I am South African and I still use my Green barcoded ID book, I sent them a copy of this ID a clear picture showing all 4 corners and all the wording was clear and readable, just again to be told my ID is not valid cause I need to supply a plastic ID card showing my full names date of birth and expiry date with my picture on. So now they are telling me in order to receive my winnings I have to go and spend more money to get a new ID Card cause my Green ID book is not a valid ID. They will say anything not to pay out your winnings.

Stay far away from them, you will only be dissapointed.

Armutszeugnis

One word for this casino: SCAM. Stay away!!! They will do their best not to pay out any winnings!!! Don't waste your money.

Gutes Casino, spiele hier schon länger ca. 1 Jahr
Verifizierung in 24 Stunden abgeschlossen wenn Sie alles richtig machen.
-Ausweiss Foto
Bonusbedingungen Standard sollte man vorher lesen.

What a scam. I tried withdrawing 4000 today and ofcourse they make it so easy to give them your money. But the minute you win something they give you nothing but the run around. Give me this document and document. Oh all 4 corners aren't visible. Screen aren't acceptable. What a joke. They give you such a hard time about documentation, and prolonged the process until I'd given most of the money back. I'll never gamble here again.

Only way to contact them is through email. I have emailed over 6 times. I deposited 30 and got nothing not a cent. And no response. They are thieves. I have multiple screen shot

Abzockerverein, Unseriös, Es gibt kein vergleichbares schlechtes Casino !!!!!!!!!

SpinAway doesn’t understand their own games error codes. For the past 6 months after winning $1000.00 CAD on Sun Win and cashed out. Their game stop letting me play and now displays a Resolve: Error with the code: F4bee_180729decc6 after messaging them in chat and giving them the code, they asked for a ScreenShot. I emailed them the screen shot and this was their reply.

This was my reply after whipping and reloading my computer and doing everything they suggested.

well clearly in the image you can see there is an issue, I have cleared my browser, whipped and reloaded my computer, tried to play on a different computer therefore the problem is on your end. 100%, maybe you guys do not understand programing. If the games do not work it's false advertising to have games on your website that players can not play. You can tell me a hundred times to jump through your hoops. But I'll just find another website to play on and quit paying to play on your website, while also giving it a bad review and using the screenshots to inform other players about the problems that you can't seem to fix because you are not skilled enough to find the issues even though it gives you a Resolve Code. Is it just magically showing up on mine because on that game I won and cashed out? because Since I cashed out on that game which I have the Screen shots to prove. That game has not worked. This is only going to make other players feel like your website is unsafe and fraudulent. I haven't even been able to win anything else since I cashed out. Again making it seem like your website is not legit and I have all the screenshots from the entire time I have played on your website. This is a day and age where we can screen shot, video record and pass on the information we collect from playing on your website.

The fact you can't even give me a solid answer as to why your games are not working and created issues like the one seem in the screen shot, also makes you look unprofessional, outdated, uneducated and careless in helping your customers. The fact it has taken 6 months to get a half-assed reply after giving the Error code countless times and even a screenshot because you didn't trust me telling you what your game is saying so you could research why it's getting the code on screen. Maybe the game should be removed from the website and the creator of the slot machine Sun Wind contacted and questioned about why the game is giving that error code. Someone programed that machine, that code didn't just magically write it's self. But you do whatever you're going to do, I am done playing cat and mouse with a Casino Website that doesn't even understand their own machines. I will look for alternative places to play and spend my money because you do not deserve my support when you can not find the solution to fixing your machine. Have a good day.

AVOID WITH ALL COSTS * SCAM
This site will not pay out. They will say your card is the issue to withdraw, it wont allow you to add IBAN to make bank transfer, live chat will vanish, emails will not be responded too
I regret my decision to join here before i read how others have been scammed also

Schrott

Tried cashing out whatever I won but the transaction never completes, so yes scam.

Richtiger beschiss ohne gleichen.
