The problem is it was delivered by South Eastern Freight lines to a local store, who will be doing the setup. The information I was given (in an email from SEFL) was that the appointment would be today. I waited all day and did not even receive a call. I called SEFL, was told the number of where it was delivered, called them and they said it was received today, there was never an appointment for today. This complete failure in communication (which seems to be the fault of SEFL) ruined the experience. I would suggest Spinlife look for a different delivery service.
I recently ordered a power lift to load and unload my wife's wheelchair. The lift was unusable because the wheelchair would not clear the top of my SUV. The representative at Spin Life more than once assured me that it would fit My wife and I are both disabled veterans in our 80s and really needed this help. I paid $4747 dollars in cash up front. The device was returned to Spin Life and I never had possession of it.
Now Spin Life refuses to refund our money and I have had to contact an attorney to sue them. Think very clearly before doing business with these people

To have an item purchased and charged, then be advised the item is backordered for months is ridiculous. Terrible practice.

I purchased a Convaid cruiser stroller for my daughter with special needs and was very disappointed. Based on the photos and descriptions, I expected a supportive, user-friendly stroller for everyday use. Once it arrived, I found it complicated to adjust, difficult to operate, and not nearly as supportive as I had hoped. Honestly, for our needs, a basic Target stroller felt easier to use.
What really frustrated me was the return process. The stroller cost $3,243, and although they accepted the return, I was charged a 20% restocking fee and over $600 in return shipping through FedEx Ground. In the end, I received only $2,594 back. Despite explaining my concerns, the company would not work with me on the fees.
Families of children with special needs already face enough challenges and expenses. I understand companies need return policies, but these fees felt excessive and were never something I anticipated when making such a large purchase

The price was good and the item was in stock so I was able to get it quickly. I had ordered for another vendor before but they were out of stock pending shipment from China and I was in need and did not want to wait for the long lead time... Pleasantly surprised that it was cheaper than the other vendor. Quality yet to be determined...

So far I having no problems talking a person , and getting the right information I need I just order two rear wheels let see how long it takes for me to get them .

SpinLife associates were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in their work. Even though, I attempted to cancel my order and the associate was still friendly and courteous. I called back again to tell the associate I'm not going to cancel. I appreciate you good folks, SPINLIFE.

I ordered a sling for a hoyer lift over the phone with a customer service representative about 6 months ago and it was not the one I described and it’s not returnable so I went on line and found the one I thought I was getting so I’m hoping this one is the right one
