My first time ordering

My first time ordering. I love my boys lie pjs. I’m glad I waited for a sale then used a code for 20 off. They were still quite expensive but I’ve seen on the boys lie site you pay 50 dollars shipping from the US. I’ve only gave 4 stars as you don’t sell the boys lie make up bags or as big of a range as on the official site. I got a pack of sweet hearts and ten percent code with my order. Would buy again but only with a sale and discount code same as this time as too expensive otherwise. Also kinda sucks you only use blonde models as well.

Just to explain a little about the pricing: because we’re a UK boutique, we import Boys Lie directly from the US, which means we absorb international shipping, import duties, taxes, customs handling fees and currency fluctuations on every collection. These costs unfortunately push the retail price up here in the UK, but we always do our best to keep pricing as fair as possible — especially compared to the $50 shipping + customs you’d pay ordering from the US site.

We also hear you on the make-up bags and wider range! Boys Lie often restricts smaller UK boutiques on what we can stock due to US demand, but we’re always trying to secure more pieces and expand the selection.

As for the models — totally valid feedback. We rely on the imagery the US brands provide, and many of them currently use mostly blonde models in their campaigns. We agree that it’s much nicer to see a more diverse mix and we’re gradually adding our own content to balance that out.

I never heard of spoiled brat website before but on a Google search for my daughter's Xmas present I found the price really good much better than retail / high street even with postage.
Item came delivered by Yodel ahead of schedule. The item was even wrapped up.. so I don't have to

Item refunded after purchase, only partially received order

Not a bad site but sadly I ordered two items and one was cancelled and refunded. Kinda felt like a waste as I wouldn't have purchased one item if I'd realised the other was not available.

Perfect!!!

I ordered a top that was out of stock everywhere, for even less than it was on some websites. It came super quickly and was packaged so cutely! The item is perfect and brand new. I’ll definitely be buying from here again! ❤️

Order wasn’t delivered

Ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt but never received either item. Was refunded after waiting over a week.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, but just to clarify — Evri contacted you 6 times regarding the customs payment required to release your parcel, and these messages went unanswered. We also emailed you three separate times asking you to contact Evri directly so your order could be delivered (please check your spam or junk folder in case our emails went there).

The tracking details were sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email, so you were also able to follow the parcel’s progress and see when action was needed.

Unfortunately, because the customs payment wasn’t made, the parcel was returned to us. Once it arrived back, we issued a full refund immediately.

We did everything possible to help ensure your parcel reached you, but sadly the delivery couldn’t be completed due to non-payment of the customs charges.

Amazing bag and customer service 🫶🏼

I needed the bag for a last minute getaway. I messaged the team and received a response 5 minutes later the bag was being dispatched that same day. It arrived in perfect condition and is so perfect I’ve used it everyday since.

Item arrived broken & badly wrapped

Nice website with cool products, but the pair of sunglasses I ordered arrived broken in several places. And carelessly loose in just a layer of bubble wrap, not the case the description promised. Which is probably why they were so damaged.
Just felt like there was no effort & I'm now going to be out of pocket as I have to pay to return a pair of their faulty sunglasses.
Can't in good conscience recommend this business.

Do not purchase from this store, especially if you are ordering from a different country.

They sent me the wrong dress, which I had bought specifically for a trip. They even forced me to pay out of pocket for shipping to return the dress, even though it was their mistake for sending the wrong item.

This business is very badly managed and has no concern for their customers.
