This betting service is a scam. Never again am I using this stupid service again. The helpline is even worse. Incompetent consultants that don’t even know the rules of their on betting service.

I opened an account this morning with £50.
I tried placing my 1st bet with a £10 accumulator, but it wouldn't accept my bet. Tried another bet, same result.
After 15 minutes trying to access Live Chat, explained what had happened and asked for my account to be closed.
Advisor said she'd look into it.
She has closed my account, but has not completed the task of giving me my £50 back.
It has been passed to "the Risk Team"
I have no faith that SportingBet will get back to me based on my short experience with them.
I don't see why I'm a risk to have my own money back.
Avoid SportingBet as ghetve just wasted 45 minutes of my life and so far keeping my deposit of £50.
Don't be lured in by them.
Now they're asking for photo ID.

Avoid ANY Casino owned by the Ladbrokes & Coral Group, Trust me I've tried them all and I can 💯% Confirm that every Spin and Bonus payout is Scripted. They give you a small win of around 250x early on but after that EVERYTHING dries up completely. And if you do manage to make a small withdrawal, NEVER EVER EVER go back there. Absolutely atrocious - currently been on the phone and chat for over 1 hour waiting for incompetent people to redeem the rewards that I have wagered against - like talking to a brick wall. What is the point of sending promotions if you don't honour them and your staff can't see visibility of even when it's been sent via email and via my sportingbet message account?

I have invested about £120 in getting these £30 rewards! SCAM - do not trust anything that comes from these guys!

I actually think they're good, bit of a slow site sometimes and their layout could be better, but you get withdrawals fast and stress-free unlike other bookies. Approve.

Terrible site, offer was deposit £20 get 20 free spins that they mailed me directly on the site, so I deposited and didn’t get my spins, contacted them and they said the offer doesn’t exist on there system, I emailed customer services who then said I received the offer and stated a time and date prior to me even making a qualifying deposit with them. They don’t understand English.
Then got sent a customer review to fill in.. and one of the questions was was there a language barrier between you and the customer services, so they are fully aware the people dealing with our issues don’t even understand what we are saying because they just make answers up on the spot. Avoid at all costs. No winnings to be had here.

They didn’t honour the welcome offer and only paid out half of it, tried contacting them 4 times only to be told they won’t be doing anything about it. AVOID

Today I went onto this website and thought I already had an account so went to forgot password put in my email came up no account so I mustn’t have had an account so I proceeded to register an account I then won £350 and receive an email from them to say that I already have an account and went to log in and they have suspended my account! This issue is theirs and theirs alone, I won that money fair and square and have sent their email onto the gambling commission to help resolve.

I've recently reopened my sportingbet account and the app simply doesn't work
Everytime I attempt to make a football selection bet I press the option for win-draw-lose and the app freezes then kicks me out then I have to re-login
You seriously need to give the app some attention from your tech team it is impossible to place a bet?

This is my third follow up and my issue has yet to be resolved !

Account has been reactivated for more then two days already yet the withdrawal fund has yet to make it to my account.

So this morning I contacted sportingbet via their live chat function. Chatted for about 20 minutes and nothing fruitful came out of it. Only that that the representative could let the relevant department know about it I would receive an email from them within 2 days.

Well, it seem strange that after my account was restored I WAS ALLOWED TO DEPOSIT WITHOUT ANY ISSUE...I lost everything this time and was wondering if I would encounter any issue WITH WITHDRAWAL AGAIN.

Sportingbet, please feel free to comment because you guys have been the worst I have ever come across and if there was star that had negative then I would give you -5 stars.

I have got the money in my account. Thank you Matt.

I signed up. Was fully verified and won £8500. I am still waiting for my withdrawal after one week.

I'm writing this just to demonstrate that literally anyone, without submitting any proof that they had any sort of transaction with a company, can leave a "review", good or bad. Let's see how long this beauty stays posted.

I won 1500euros on sportingbet.gr They asked me for whatever possible document in order to verify my account. They never did and they just blocked my account with no excuse, saying i cannot withdraw my winnings!!! AVOID, big scammers, they just want you to lose money!!!Totally unreliable company!!

Habe meine erste Wette gewonnen und wurde direkt auf 30€ Pro Wette limitiert. Dann beim Support nachgefragt, standardantwort ohne Aussage. Am Morgen danach eingeloggt, ohne Grund auf 1€ pro wette limitiert! Das ist Schikane pur und sollte verboten werden. Nie wieder sportingbet

Tragic ethical failure.

This is a tragic situation that sporting bet and entain are trying to ignore. My enquiry required Understanding, compassion and ethics but all 3 have been dismissed.
My son, brain injured , Schizophrenic and sectioned with psycosis spent 13k in 1 day when in hospital sectioned, his spend was part of his delusionary belief system.
I later become aware of this via welfare checks and psyciatrist input and I reached out to entain with multiple health documents, clinical letters, consumer champion breach outs and other docs,i also sent them a letter from **** hospital admission and occupational health clearly stating how ill my son was and the fact he had no insight.

Instead of reacting with compassion, understanding or ethics entain replied with an truly tragic response, without any care about my son's severe mitigation or health but only cared about themselves and after two months gave me an email saying they wont talk to me , the power of attorney and father of my brain injured Schizophrenic son but will only talk to their REGULATORS meaning they feel it is appropriate and MORALLY acceptable to profit from a severely cognitively Ill brain injured , schizophrenic consumer with no insight.

After 100s of health documents and clinical letters this was their response.

We write further to your communications in respect of the activity of your son *** and his use of the identity of third parties to create accounts with Entain without their knowledge.

We thank you for the additional information that you have provided in your recent emails. We have previously explained that we will cooperate with the Police, and our regulators, in any investigation they may undertake into the circumstances.

This being the case, we are unable to communicate with you further on the matter.
