Great customer service
A unfortunate experience where the items i had ordered weren’t delivered by the used courier company. This meant I needed to work closely to get a review of where my parcel had gone and been delivered to and for a replacement ones to be ordered. Sports GB have been amazing and professional and kept me updated constantly on where I am with a replacement order. Awaiting my paddles to arrive, but reassured they will.

Not the best
Received bottles but taken a long time for despatch and delivery! one of the lids broken. Had to glue part of it as I couldn’t be bothered to send back and pay postage .

Amazing service
Amazing service. We found a helmet for a bargain price on the site so ordered straight away. The helmet arrived the next day (and we didn’t pay any extra for that). It was unfortunately too small so I contacted by email and they replied instantly and sent a returns label for it to be collected the following day. Although we didn’t keep the helmet I thought the customer service was fantastic and the product price and quality was great. Would highly recommend and we will use again.

Very happy! Fast delivery. No issues. In case i wanted to return the product, SportsGB also included a freepost returns label for quick and easy return. (which i didn't need, i was delighted with the product)

Frustrating Delivery
The parcel was sent to an address which was incorrect (doesn’t exist) which resulted in it being returned to you from the Amazon distribution centre. After that you charged me the same £3.95 to post it again. When it was delivered it was left on the doorstep near the street rather than being put through the letterbox.

Be aware of hidden postage costs
If you buy something from this website, please ensure you are paying the correct amount of postage. I mistakenly thought postage would be calculated at the checkout (an amount was added) I was then contacted by the company requesting extra money for postage. Argued that it was their problem, but they just apologise and essentially, you have to suck it up.
A petty amount of postage has lost them a customer.
