the quality of the fabric and the print is good However, the sizes are waaaay off ! I wear medium but I had to make another order of an XL to make sure the size is correct. My GF wears small but I had to order her a L.

Generally happy with the product
Generally happy with the product, could perhaps have been a tad heavier material. Therefore I think a little pricey but I'm pleased I bought this as it is a unique design to me.

The quality is outstanding and the prints are the same.
The quality is excellent, the prints are exceptional, the polo shirts are exceptional. I ordered the basic polo shirt and whoever does the print is absolutely outstanding as they are amazing that’s why I have 12-13 all from Spreadshirt. Thank you so much. The quality is amazing, they are easy to order, and the delivery is quick service is quick too.

Ordering and delivery good
Ordering and delivery good. There's a strange line across the T Shirt though. I've emailed customer service but not heard back yet.
Just heard back from company. They've offered me a new Tshirt or credit. I'm happy with that.

Logo too small.
The logo I had printed on the hats was a lot smaller than the mock up image suggested. I was happy with the size in the image, but not happy with the actual size

Customer experience very positive
I purchased two T-shirts and the delivery time took longer than expected and also the size is too large. I've received immediately the support from the team and they refunded my purchase. On this occasion, though I didn't have the t-shirt I am pleased for the customer experience!

Incorrectly printed, several errors…
Print on the item received was appalling with several spelling mistakes, including the name of the gift recipient which was embarrassing, despite the original uploaded being correct. Obviously done by a digital machine that cannot read English. Then when I complained the response was prompt but I was told my item could not be reprinted correctly but was offered a credit or refund. I paid £23.49 plus £7.99 postage (which took a week) but have only been refunded £16.39!!?!!!
