I am a fairly new customer.
I had an issue with a product. My Account manager was at our premises the next morning with a replacement product. Once the new product was tested, a new pallet of product was arranged and a collection was also arranged and completed within 48 hours. A great turn around. Communication between account manager and supporting team at Springpack has also been prompt and helpful. Happy New Customer 👍

Thank you for your review and the feedback you have provided.
We offer free delivery on any orders above £200 and can offer a collection option if you are local to us. We are currently awaiting an addition to our website for this option, then it will automatically remove the carriage charge but for now we arrange this case by case.
Your delivery method would depend on your location as we have our own fleet of vehicles which deliver locally, and we use couriers for locations outside of this. Whichever method is being used, the charge would just remain at £15 on orders below £200.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call me on 01905 457000. I do hope we can help you in future, I am aware on the smaller/ lower value orders this can seem steep but we are always working to keep things fair and help our customers as much as possible.
