Just Brilliant! From my first telecon to the delivery was exceptional, very helpful gentleman took my call, advised on the products, the communication re delivery was perfect and the driver a credit to the company.

Can’t fault stairbox easy to order and love the setup for to design your own staircase will definitely recommend and the delivery was bang on thank you 👌👌

One of the pieces of glass was the wrong size.
I got told it would not take as long as the original order, it’s being delivered tomorrow, so my customer has been waiting 2and a half weeks!
So not very happy at all.
Let’s hope you get it right tomorrow.

Excellent experience. Really helpful in the design process and responsive - you could get through to someone by phone very easily, all of whom were very helpful and well informed. I even made a late change to our design after order before manufacture and they were able to accommodate this. Overall really impressed and the price was very competitive too. Beautiful oak steps. Highly recommended

Good quality, safety glass easy to fit on my own. For the delivery day, they agreed to the date I wanted and turned up very early in the morning.

The stairs arrived damaged, and when I called on the day of delivery to report the issue, I was told someone would call me back. However, nobody contacted me.

When I attempted to fit the stairs, they would not fit into the opening because one of the measurements was incorrect. I contacted you again and was once more told that someone would call me back, but no one did.

I was left to resolve the issue myself, which was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and customer support throughout this process has been unacceptable. I expected the stairs to arrive in good condition and to fit the specified opening, and I also expected my concerns to be dealt with promptly and professionally

1st delivery was on time but the driver wouldn’t shout us over the road and told somone who was trying to help the office can deal with it and left , second delivery , I was told between 7 and 7.30 finally turned up after 8.30 so waiting from 7 not happy on a rainy Monday morning , plus the tracking system doesn’t work

All components were not marked up correctly an some of the risers were badly split on the back side but after sorting out looks good.

Easy online ordering and very quick build time and delivery super efficient. Quality of products is fantastic and great value for money.
