Still waiting for my refund, They are scammers for sure, I had pay Hmrc for my wife over a hundred pounds , they owe me over 200 pounds, I have face it i lost it, I went on face book saw they look at tax etc. cost ME MONEY, SEE AN ADD OF FACE BOOK TALKING ABOUT MARRAGE TAX AND YOU CAN CLAIM, DONT, tHE HMRC THEY THEY ARE LEGIT?

They have done exactly the same to me as what they have done to SK they are professional scammers

Keep away.. I had letter from HMRC saying that I'm due a tax return and cheque has been sent to my agent Standhope Row Ltd. I contacted HMRC that I've never had a agent that I'm PAYE paid. They informed me that they received a letter from me authorised this. I contacted Stanhope Row Ltd. Phone number shown online wrong, emailed them several times. When I received a email the excuses they gave me: It wasn't a small amount of money, this money would of helped me and my family. I threatened them I'm contacting the police and HMRC, they emailed we are working closely with them. Can anyone help me what can I do. It's my hatd earned money. How did they get my details???

First email reply:

2nd email:

Np problem forwarding the email to HMRC as we are in constant contact with the agent services team regarding this matter.
Unfortunately we cannot make any refunds as the bank account has been frozen due to the fraudulent changes on Companies House.
We aware of the other posts and we are in contact with them all keeping them updated on a regular basis.
As soon as we get an update you will be notified of this

Worst scam ever…. Beware

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! They will take your money without your permission and later deny it, even if you provide proof. No matter what you do, you will never get your money back. They will tell you to confirm 0.00 with your bank first, and then, while you're asleep at night, they will take £29.99. You won’t know until you wake up and check your bank notifications.

The taking money and never sending back. Stay away special when you reply for loan the do stolen details from loan company and use whathout asking you. I get later from HMRC and never get my money

Can't use my bank account as they keep charging me for subscription fee

These people are not to be trusted.
They take your money and keep it. A few whatsapp messages then nothing.

Do not use this company 5 months they have had my payment they still haven’t sent to me I cannot contact anyone on phone scam do not trust tax digital aka Stanhope

company completed a tax rebate and now refusing to pay. no communications have blocked me through WhatsApp and landline. company seems bogus please be aware as you may loose your rebate. HMRC do not help when cheque is given to this company. has anyone get paid yet from this dodgy company.

Very shoddy company. Been waiting nearly 2 months for my tax return to be sent to me. Only communication you can have with them is through Whats app.

I came to the UK in 2020, my husband looked to see if he was entitled to marriage tax. I was not paying tax at the time because of the £12500 discount on tax as i only paid £11900 between 2020 - April 2021.
I don't know what this company has done but I owe tax for that time period and my hubby will now receive a £200 rebate. Upon calling the HMRC, they told me what this company has done and they removed them from the system. They are sly and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. Let's see if my husband is going to get that money. If not, we CAN take further steps.

Have my rebate was told be in my account December 2024 it is at present 21january 2025dyill waiting for my money I would steer well clear of this so called company. Fed up client. Again steer clear of

Looks like this company whoever they are has claimed my over payment of tax and used my signature don't even know who they are and how they got my details

This company is a complete joke they don't reply to emails or the mobile number quoted. Also they don't even have a registered office the one stated is just where there post gets delivered. its taken over a month to get a tax rebate and it's only for £135.00. first they said 10 days its now a month and we are still waiting for payment. My advice you would be a complete fool to use this company!!

I’ve been trying to call StanhopeRow since yesterday, but no one is answering. They charged a membership fee to my bank account, even though I never signed up. It doesn’t seem like a genuine service since they’re not responding. Be careful—this might be a scam using other websites to sign people up and charge them without permission.
