I also ordered off the Facebook ad two dog beds ill never get. SCAM FAKE COMPANY 😒 I too hope there's a class action lawsuit..

I also ordered a dog bed in October via Facebook ad, received an email saying it shipped, but I'd soon receive a tracking up date, which I've never received. Credit card was charged and after seeing all these horrible reviews, I plan to call and dispute the charge. I've tried emailing Starboost and The Rocking Chair and have never received a reply, so I must agree that I WAS SCAMMED! I can't understand why Facebook allows scammers to advertise on Facebook either! Thieves!
UPDATE! I contacted VISA and disputed the charge. Really irritating because I looked forward to getting the bed and so did my dog!

They are a fake company. Took the money and are gone. I hope there is a class action against them

Order 2 beds back on October 24th got a text on October 25th saying they both have shipped have NEVER received either bed. Nor can I reach the place!!! They have my money for both beds and now I am trying to dispute the charges with my credit union and have to CLOSE the card the charges were made on which is going to be a pain but hopefully I will get my money refunded back to me!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you google the company now it comes back The Shop is Unavailable!!! WHAT A SCAM and they are getting away with it!!! KARMA will be knocking at your door eventually!!!

Same as every other review here. Ordered 2 dog beds, few emails and never received the products. Total scam. Hope my bank can help with this fraud.

SCAM! I sent an email asking a question regarding the dog beds I ordered. I got an email telling me the tracking number, that I never got was wrong and like everyone else commenting here, nothing since, even when I sent them three follow up emails. I am calling my bank to get this payment reverse...hopefully!

This company is a scammer!!! Ordered a cat water fountain and filters. I’m out $30! Got an email with tracking info just to get another saying that it was sent in error. Haven’t seen anything since and I’m sure I never will. Company name has also changed!

Absolute SCAM company Starboost dog bed ... several emails saying tracking number mistake then changed their name to The rocking horse... took my money and sent no product... Facebook clean up your advertisement criteria .. check these companies are legit before letting them loose on Facebook !!!!😡 will never ever buy anything again advertised on Facebook...🖕

Like the rest of the commenters, I ordered and never received item. I received a few emails (which I kept) and have reported the fraud to my bank.

This site is a scam! You will never receive your products after you pay!

If I could give them a zero stars I would. They immediately confirmed my purchases saying that they would send a tracking number but then, a day or two later, said that the system messed up and they couldn't send me a tracking number. Three weeks later and they've ignored three of my follow-up emails and I have not received the item. Thankfully my credit card company give me my money back.

This is a scam. They go by therocking chair.ca now. Received a couple misspelled emails and I instantly replied to them. I gave them shipping money for 2 items. I went on the new website and tried to track my order and it states "no order found."

Just like the rest of the comments. Scammers with a new name. I should've known better, but you try to give these companies the benefit of the doubt. I read a few FB comments that stated they've received their goods before purchasing which was the reason I felt secure I wasn't being ripped off. Boy was I wrong! May they find a nice place in HELL. They clearly do this all the time and it sucks that FACEBOOK does not do something about these bogus companies. I just pray that didn't steal anything else, like my identity and cc info. I'll be contacting my bank today to ensure they have no connections to my bank account. Stay safe folks!

SCAM ALERT!!! If I could give this minus stars I would! First I was sent the wrong tracking#, next it was changed name to therockingchair.com, then it was it’ll be here in 14 days (a week ago!)!!! I will NEVER buy anything though sites from Facebook or that doesn’t belong to a reputable company again! 10000%SCAM!!!

Yea I wish I had looked up information about this starboost bed thing before spending money. They are definitely a scam after buying the beds back on Oct 24 company changed name to (therockingchair.ca) . Received a mesaages that track # were sent wrong and that they are working hard to fix the issue. They assure to not worry that beds were going to be delivered. Karma is a b!%@#!!!!! This people who live to scam hard working people especially in these hard times. Shame on you!!!!! Ya deserve everything coming your way!!!!
