I found the process of placing my order very simple. I loved that you could add a personalised messaged as well, I thought this was fantastic as I ordered this as a birthday present for my niece. The customer service team are also fantastic and were very quick to help with an issue I was having. I would definitely order again!

Love this website! Got some free moon land along with my first order! (Unofficially ofc) They totally overdelivered! And the star is a reminder for me, to apprechiate life every time i look up at it.

First it's been 16 days and no package! Every time I send a email I get some bs tracking number from your site not the actual postal service tracking. I'm tired of hearing its on its way. I do believe it was never sent. When I ask for a refund I'm also told NO we will fight with the bank. Well in the USA if you don't receive what you pay for its called fraud and you get your money back! This was a very expensive personal gift that had a very special meaning and you have done nothing but give the run around. I would not recommend this site to anyone unless you want just the digital purchase but even then the coordinates are bogus. They don't exist but on thier site which looks like it's just a Screen shot of some random dot in the sky. Would not recommend to anyone! Buyers beware!

Update: This site promised a full refund plus my FULL package would be sent out. I did receive the refund but only received some lousy piece of paper and when I went back to look up the coordinates they didn't exist anymore!

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. THEY SAY THAT THEY OFFER TRACK AND TRACE BUT THEY DO NOT. I ORDERED STAR, NEVER RECEIVED ANY DISPATCH INFORMATION AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THAT MY "NATIONAL POSTAGE HANDLER DOESN'T OFFER TRACK AND TRACE". LIARS. YOU DIDN'T POST THE PARCEL IN ITALY - YOU HAD TO POST IT IN THE USA WHICH OFFERS TRACK AND TRACE. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF SENDING ANYTHING. THEY SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, SET YOUR "TRACKING" INFORMATION TO "IN TRANSIT" THEN CHANGE IT TO "DELIVERED". NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I'VE REPORTED THEM TO THE FBI'S INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTRE (IC3).

THEY ARE A FRAUD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!The way everything is shown on their website makes it look like you get all of that. The ONLY way to get all of it is to upgrade and pay another $55.00. I tried to cancel my order wthin probably 2-3 minutes after my bf looked over the site. They sent theatening email that says if you try to dispute this with your cc company we will fight it. That email in and of itself shows that what they are doing is fraud. I've never gotten an email like this from any other company. This just shows their charges get disputed all of the time. THE PEOPLE THAT GAVE THEM 5 STARS HAD TO BE PAID OR THEY WOULDN'T HAVE ALL THOSE 5 STARS.

They claim that you’ll get everything delivered within 5 business days by mail! Then magically after they took my money ($89) they claimed it would be 18+ business days! I needed this for my wife’s memorial (passed at 39 years old) and now it’s going to miss my wife’s memorial by 9 days! What a disappointment. I would not recommend this service as they straight lie to you!

I ordered a star named in honor of two friends who are turning 90. When I discovered information was missing, the company then provided it but instructions on actually finding the star were very unclear and all enclosed in emails. And giving a gift and having to forward emails to the recipient is ridiculous. They should have emailed clear instructions so those could be printed out and included with the certificate.

There is no way my 90 year old friends would be able to figure this out...I'm much younger and I couldn't! My request for refund was denied. Never again.

I purchased a star registration for a friend's birthday earlier this year and the deluxe package was something special to get a friend who has it all. The sentiment of it was beautiful and we really enjoyed the packaging and presentation of the printed materials and certificates which are premium quality.

This is a wonderful sympathy gift! It has been well-received by the employees and friends to whom we've given a star named for their loved one. It is something that they can see from anywhere when they are missing their loved one. Easy, and much better than flowers or plants that will also die. We give a printed star map and a letter of sympathy in a presentation folder and the digital items on a thumb drive.

Got this for my girlfriend and she truly loves it!! Would definitely recommend this for anybody to get for a loved one!!

I love this star register thing. I actually registered two stars for my two dearest friends that have passed away this last year. and it's been terrible for me it has me feeling blue most days...
but then this lil star thing gave me a little comfort and this feeling of them not being completely gone..
