Wouldn’t give them a star at all,
Brought a car, it was sent out of the showroom as an accident waiting to happen! Put me and my family in danger, The car had more lights on than the Christmas tree in my house. No exaggerations literally every light was on, hide and tried to cover up head gasket issue,Poor communication, poor responses. Robbed me of delivery fee and not paying back when they knew they sent out a faulty bit part car.
Customer always right but not in this case, customer service……….a joke

AVOID AT ALL COST. LOOK AROUND BEFORE YOU GO TO THE JUNK YARD REPAIR SHOP‼️ Didn't not repair my car properly. I wouldn't trust them again especially with a foreign made car. Dishonest and my car grill looks like it's getting loose. Money hungry service sucked. They have broken the window shield wiper liquid component on my car. Because rigged trifling so called work. Will be looking into getting legal assistance.

Bought a range rover velar from them paid in full, no finance, spent £28k on it and from day 1 I had nothing but problems with the car, dpf light was on the dash board and car went into limp mode 1 h after I drove it home from them, they took it back twice to have it serviced and I still have the same issue with it, told me that they changed parts which were not even touch upon further inspection, I asked them to change the battery as it’s going flat every other day in cold weather, again they said it was checked and no issues, I had to change it myself for an extra £150 when car still under warranty as it would not even react to the key. Absolute dissatisfaction and disappointment. Would never recommend them to anyone else. Extremely irresponsible and only after taking your money.

Amazing company. Very friendly staff, my new car is immaculate and I absolutely love it. Mark is very easy to deal with and answers all questions. Was a pleasant transaction from start to finish. Huge stock of unreal motors, will 100% buy from them again. Thanks again guys 👏🏽

Cannot recommend Status 1 autos enough.
Nick was very helpfull from start to finish calling me back when he said he would and keeping me up to date. Even when a major problem arose they sorted it going the extra mile. Cant thank them enough. Cheers kevin

Just bought my second car from Status1Automotive and have to say the service both times has been excellent. On buying my Audi RS6 three years ago Phil has called on several occasions to make sure everything is ok with the vehicle, which it always has been. He then called me a few weeks ago to see if i was interested in upgrading to a newer model, and gave me a cracking deal back on the RS6. The atmosphere is very friendly and the cars are prepared to a very high spec in the showroom. I would even say they look better than when they were new. Awesome team at Status1Automotive, keep up the good work.

The owner/proprieter neil is a very shady character. Dont put a deposit down on any car without viewing first as the chances are you wont get it back without a fight which is exactly what happened to me, furthermore if the car isnt to your liking he becomes threatening and abusive. The car i put a deposit down on was missrepresented and had a back bumper on that didnt match the spec of the car. He flew into a rage when this was pointed out. Had to go through my bank and issue a solicitors letter to get my deposit back. Be very aware when dealing with this company.
