i ordered 2 5litre cans of ducks back…

i ordered 2 5litre cans of ducks back rich cedar fence paint they both arrived but when i opened the box both tins were taped up around the lid and both had leaked paint they were both in plastic bags aswell so dont think i will be orddering again

Best Service

I have received such really, really amazing service. I emailed the customer service and received a reply on the same day with genuine care and help to get my item to me on time. This is so rare to be able to deal with a decent company that I happy to speak directly with their customers and not have a chat bot etc. Well Done Status Car Care - please do not change anything. I will come back again and again. THANK YOU for giving amazing service.

Excellent service from Status

Excellent service from Status. Ordered some Autoglym products at midday on the 30th Dec and they were delivered across Country less than 24 hours later by our local Evri couriers, undercutting Amazon Prime next day service by nearly £10 on a £75 order. Will most definitely be using these guys again and big shout out to Evri who tend to get a lot of stick but are also great hereabouts in Norfolk.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will not get your delivery or a REFUND..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be told that your refund is "in a queue for processing" & that's the last you will see of your money. My case is now in the hands of the credit card company.....0 stars.

Free Gift Con

Company offers a Free Gift Code on signing up for their Newsletter. A day later and no Code rec’d. Order placed, then the Gift Code miraculously turns up!

Challenged company by email and online message saying that since order was still marked as ‘unfulfilled’ could they include the Free Gift [a Microfibre Cloth]. Receiving no response, decided to ‘phone as well. Told Order Status had since changed to ‘Fulfilled’ and nothing could be done! 10 minutes afterwards, rec’d replies to messages saying the same.

Company point blank refused to send out the Free Gift retrospectively. Left with impression they never had any genuine intent in sending out any free gift in first place. The Code stipulates it is for one-time use on First Order.

Be aware. Feeling misled and duped.

Returned items not refunded

I bought 4 cans of Cuprinol sprayable fence coating through Amazon but realised using it could cause problems with my neighbours so returned it almost immediately using ParcelForce. The goods were confirmed on ParcelForce tracking as having been returned on September 10th. I am still waiting for a refund and all I get from Status Car Care are automated messages telling me somebody will look into it. Appalling customer service, surprising in view of the 5 star reviews but I can only report my own experience. Not at all good enough!

I ordered engine oil, after 2 weeks of sending e-mails, no one answered, I decided to call, after which they told me that the shipment was damaged and they would send me another one in another week. Poor communication..

Unacceptable service

I ordered a 5ltr tin of Cuprinol paint for £14.98 from them via Amazon on 04/09/24. Also paid additional £20.83 postage to guarantee delivery by 06/09/24. The item was needed on that day to do repairs before a property survey, as it wasn't delivered, it isn't needed now, and I cancelled, asking for a full refund including the additional postage. I got a message telling me they couldn't cancel, and to either refuse the item or return it using my choice of courier! No mention of refunding the £20.83 - it's not on to take money and not deliver as agreed. The seller should have recalled the item and refunded immediately. I'm still waiting 09/09/24.

Have ordered 2 x 5 L of 5w-30

Have ordered 2 5 L of 5w-30 , received one 5L canister and 5x1L (with production date 2018 , if based on shelf life which is 5 years , they have sent me expired oil , went straight in to the bin as I couldn't use it as it will harm the engine. They just trying to get rid of old stocks , never again I will order from here , in our hard times when you need to save every penny now I'm 21 pound out of my pocket and another 25 pound to order a correct one. If you wish to order right product , better to order it elsewhere .
