Steel City- Branded Merchandise Avis

We have used Steel City a number of times for branded goods and the service is always first class! The latest order was no different - fast, efficient, friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

My first time using Steel City BM, what a great service, we delayed things and messed them about a bit but they still came up trumps, got the merchandise we wanted, printed with our Logos and delivered within the very short timeframe we gave them, excellent service.

I would highly recommend using them.

I can only apologise most profusely as it seems there is another Steel City firm, it could be Steel City, a Koi company. Most confusing as they are using a name which is obviously virtually identical to yours. I have not used your Steel City company for any purchase. I hope you will accept my abject apology for submitting a awful review which you obviously did not deserve. Sorry.

I placed my first order with Steel City only some 8 days ago, with an estimated delivery time of 15 working days, so when the order arrived today it was a very pleasant surprise. From the very first enquiry to the delivery of my order, Steel City have provided a very professional yet personal touch to the whole process. Helpful advice and guidance on product selection and availability, competitive pricing and a service level second to none, well done to all at Steel City, a great and indeed lovely company to deal with. Would definitely recommend and we will 100% use again!

The team at Steel City literally bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations at every turn. The quality of output and service we experienced was second to none. I will be sure to return to them next time we're in need of branded merchandise - they'll be my first port of call.

Awesome company and great service. Ordered many times over the years.

Great to work with, clear communication and quality end product.

We used Steel City to get some branded merchandise. We have placed an order with Steel city due Tom, going above and beyond for us making sure everything was okay. The sales manager was also very accommodating, as they made sure that we were happy throughout the order process. I would definitely recommend them! Cannot wait for our branded products to arrived

Very helpful team, from my first enquiry I was supported in what I may need, prices that can suit my budget and was ensured of a smooth process along each part of the order. Working with real people that are kind and friendly to deal with. I felt in the loop with the full order all the way up until arrival. The products were exactly what I expected and of trusted quality based on help from the team with samples. I will definitely be buying more from Steel City in the future.
