The staff on the job were brilliant BUT
The staff on the job were brilliant. Everything was done professionally at the correct time. They were helpful, polite and we were both pleased we had chosen them. However the day AFTER moving we received an invoice stating that payment was due the day BEFORE MOVING. This was followed by a call the next day asking why we hadn’t already paid and demanding payment immediately. This was done. I will say no more.

I am sorry, however, for the way the payment request was handled after your move. Even where payment terms apply, the timing and tone of our follow-up should always be clear, courteous and professional. From what you have described, we can understand why this left a poor impression after what had otherwise been a positive moving experience.
We will review this internally to make sure our invoicing and payment communication is clearer going forward, so customers are not left feeling pressured or caught off guard.
