We were seen by Tracey who was really helpful. She shown us different choices we had and was really nice to deal with showing how equipment worked etc We never felt pressured and was left to have time to discuss our choice.

Tracey placed the order and gave us information on how to look after the furniture and gave us a rough idea of delivery time but followed through a couple of days later via email with a more up to date estimated time.

Visited the Ormskirk branch where we met Tracy . We found her to be an excellent salesperson. There was no pressure to buy but when we wanred advice she was very helpful and informative.
We made a 2nd visit on the 23rd of April and again found Tracy to be very professional and helpful. It was on this 2nd visit that we decided to make a purchase.
