Extremely rude lady on the phone, she didn't have any manners, and accused me of not speaking to the company before. Spoke in a very condensing way to me, despite me having an enquiry for business. Disgusting service, I would not recommend them. I wonder how they are still in business with such a horrible person on the team. Unexpected bad service, not what anyone needs.

This is the second time we have used Stone Circle for worktops. The first was our kitchen and just recently our utility room.
The on site service, Sue, was excellent. Received quote within a couple of days. Time scale for measuring and then for fitting discussed and was flexible.
The measuring was undertaken with state of the art equipment after all units installed. Only taking an hour.
The polished stone workshops were delivered on time. Very heavy but the two fitters manoeuvred and fitted them without damaging anything. They did an excellent job.
I would recommend that you pay Sone Circle a visit before ordering worktops through your kitchen unit supplier.

So professional and helpful. They came to measure up in a timely manner, listening to my requirements. Fitting was booked 10 days later, again arriving at the time agreed. They didn't leave until the kitchen work tops fitted exactly, cleaning up after themselves and ensuring we were happy. Needless to say, l am - very.

They know their stuff! Fabulous choice of surfaces/materials. No fuss when I had to reschedule measuring appointment twice due to building over run. Fitting quick and exact. Perfect finish . Just remember to book appointment at salesroom rather than just turning up. Completely recommend.

Sue from Stone Circle made our buying process so easy. Her expertise and knowledge of the products and her design guidance for selecting the right granite top for the look of our kitchen we were trying to achieve was amazing. The whole process with Stone Circle was very impressive. Meeting face to face to discuss price points and options we ended up with a beautiful set of Quartzite. Sue was knowledgeable helpful and price point was exactly in line with our expectations. Quality control of the pieces we selected was brilliant. The planner knew exactly what he was talking about, demonstrated with a flawless fitting. Would thoroughly recommend, hence why our builder did.

Visited showroom on a few occasions, which helped with decision on worktop. Sue was extremely helpful both at the showroom, and on the phone when we had to delay the survey. Survey went well, and fitters were very knowledgeable. I can only but recommend this company for their overall customer service.
