This is the second piece of granite we've had from Stone Circle to cap dwarf walls- one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen. Excellent product, well prepared and ready on time. Slight argument when I found one edge of my granite top hadn't been polished. After some discussion a chap was sent to sort it out. All went well and we're very satisfied.

Just like to say thank you to Sue and the team,this is the second time I have used Stone Circle in my house. Ten out of ten fantastic job as always would not go anywhere else perfect .

Products are very nice and finished to a very good standard. However, the sales/front of house staff are ‘transactional’ at best. Considering the cost of the product, I thought they’d be a bit nicer.

A truly fantastic job reasonably priced and whole heartedly recommend stone circle. The kitchen worktops are incredible and to the highest standard and finish.

The whole team from sales support, surveyor and installation were professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Cannot say thank you enough.

The end product is good, the joints are showing a little bit too much 6months after installation, installation and the Ten plating guys are great, depending who you get front of house is pot luck one is very helpful and seems to offer advice and help on everything good luck with the other

I purchased a Silestone work top and integrated Silestone sinks from Stone Circle.

To be honest it didn't get off to a good start with Stone Circle as the wrong sinks were bonded to the worktop as well as a couple of other smaller issues such as, the wrong drain kits were supplied.

However, as soon as I got in contact with the owner of Stone Circle about the issues I was having he totally put my mind at rest and went above and beyond to put things right.

Everyone make mistakes and can have an off day (I certainly can/do), but it's how you handle the situation afterwards that tells you a lot about the person/company. Seeing how the owner handled the situation, and how genuinely concerned he seemed, I can honestly say I have no hesitation in using his company again.

The fitter (Warren I think his name was) did an excellent job of fitting the work tops. If you get the same fitter you can rest assured that he will do a good job. Good tradesmen are hard to come by in my experience so this is definitely another plus for Stone Circle.

The owner of Stone Circle was also kind enough to give me a tour of his facility which is really impressive. He has obviously invested heavily in his facility and has the capability to handle much grander, more complicated projects than my kitchen worktop. Which makes it even more impressive that he showed such an interest in sorting out the problems with my humble worktop and sinks. It was obvious walking round his facility that he has many more higher paying clients, not forgetting the little people (me) is rare now a days and highly commendable.

With regards to price Stone Circle could not be beat in my experience. It was the lowest quote I had by a significant margin. About £1500 cheaper than my kitchen provider for example. I think this could be due to their size and I think they could be a main distributer of Silestone. So you're basically cutting out the middle man. I'm pretty sure my kitchen provider would be going through someone like Stone Circle for their worktops.

The reason I've only given Stone Circle 4 stars is that there was a bit of a delay due to the above reasons, and I have to find a fault somewhere. Also having to pay 100% up front for a product before you receive it is something I fundamentally disagree with. Stone Circle are not unusual in doing this as most companies do this now. That still doesn't make it right, and it certainly doesn't stop it annoying me. I don't get paid up front in my job! I'm sure they have their reasons though.

So in summary, yeah there was a few teething problems to start with, but Stone Circle bent over backwards to put everything right. I'm more than happy with the service/product they provided, and I'm now the proud owner of a Silestone worktop and integrated Silestone sinks. Knowing what I know now about Stone Circle they will be my first choice for any future projects.

I have no hesitation in recommending Stone Circle. The owner comes across as trustworthy, sincere, concerned for his customers (big or small) happiness, and providing them with a quality service/product.

We wanted an island installed in a new kitchen but also wanted to keep the existing granite worktops from our old kitchen. These needed to be cut to size, polished and joined together. We struggled to find anyone who could do this on the premises. Stonecircle were recommended by a builder. They came to measure and did all the work out on the patio. We are very pleased with the flexibility these guys showed. Nothing seemed too difficult for them.

Superb efficient service. Quality of the worktop measurement and installation was of the very highest standard. Stone Curcke had the challenge of a curved wall as par of the install. They made the whole supply and install look like a breeze and the result was incredible. The install guys were also very approachable and professional
