We had our blinds installed about a year ago and couple just fell down. Stoneside identified they were not installed properly the first time by an individual no longer with the company. I too work in the trade industry and understand we are all human and things happen. What matters most to me is how a company responds when something doesn’t go as planned. From beginning to end, our experience with Stoneside Blinds has been exceptional. Harry Getz, the designer/sales rep who came out and worked with us was knowledgeable, friendly, genuine and patient. He spent as long as necessary making certain that my husband and I were happy with our choices and had explored all options. Harry was neutral and supportive but also gave his informed opinion when needed which greatly helped in the decision making process. Further, he was punctual and returned all texts or calls promptly. Rusty, the person who measured and installed was also skilled, efficient, punctual and personable. We are very pleased with our purchase of blinds for 3 rooms and will definitely use Stoneside Blinds in the future.

This is our second house where we’ve had Stoneside come and do our window coverings. We did a total of 34 windows with mixture of roller shades & cellular shades, light filtering & blackout, and motorized & non motorized.

Design was super easy and quick with Jason’s insight. He helped us with options to keep our cost low.

Installation was just a quick. I appreciated that Justin, the installer, asked me questions to get the shades installed exactly how we wanted them. He also went the extra mile to put in a missing magnetic catch on one of our doors.

We love the way our windows look now, and would definitely use Stoneside again in the future!

This company is horrible. I have a home in San Francisco and had a woman from Stoneside Blinds come to my place to measure and give me a quote on blinds throughout my property. She came, measured and left assuring me she would get back to me. She did not. Very disappointed with this company and their consultant. Don't waste your time and resources on such a unprofessional company!

My consultant, Maria Ng, was awesome and made the experience enjoyable when it came to picking out the type and colors for my shades. Dustin, my installer, was both friendly and efficient, and made sure I knew how to use and maintain the shades. I had waited quite some time after I moved in to replace the old, clunky wooden-slat blinds because I dreaded what I thought would be a cumbersome process. Everyone I dealt with communicated well and I felt informed every step of the way. So happy with my new shades, and how they have enhanced the look of my home.
