Ordered a clock for next day delivery.... 6 days later got a email to say not in stock and refund will be processed, emailed to ask when it will be back in... No reply?

I love my STAG head candelabra - Stone The Crows have some BEAUTIFUL pieces of functional art. My candelabra arrived within the specified time frame along with being really well packaged. The company have a great sense of humour which comes through in their emails whilst keeping you up to date with your purchase.
