I received my delivery today from Stop Start, it was brought to me by their driver Harpreet, I was kept informed at every stage as to the estimated time of arrival which was great, Harpreet was friendly, polite and professional, excellent service all round, very happy.

Hi I ordered a number of pluming parts on line when they said they were fit for Delivery, I was given a date & time .the firm was Stop-Start Delivery the Driver was a chap call Harvey he was on time the Goods were well packed in the van he said were would I like them he carefully put them in the Garage for me I thank Harvey .

Great Service. Communication was brilliant. Very efficient. Tracking meant I could follow the delivery to the minute it arrived at the door. Driver was friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem and goods were delivered with care.

This was a delivery of bathroom/shower materials, so quite bulky but Calin from StopStart transport, made light work of it, happy to position the goods, where I asked .....and all with a smile and cheery conversation, which for 7.15 in the morning, was impressive. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service. On time as per the tracking system. Thanks.

Outstanding experience, after having 2 weeks of issues with DHL, no time slot, not information, even said they attempted to collect, despite me being home all day, and at the time they stated. Stop Start were asked to do the same job, arrived on the day given, within the 2 hour time slot, and minute by minute live tracking updates. What more could anyone ask for from a courier!!
