Storage King - Chester Avis 20

Absolutely first class service from Sammy and Paul at the Chester branch. Really helpful & approachable. Can't thank them enough & the facilities are fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Paul at the Chester store was very helpful, keeping in touch as I drove up the motorway on removals day to make sure I would arrive before he closed! Easy sign-up process with direct debit payments. Good value, nice, clean, dry, modern, ambient temperature storage units with wide-access up-roller door for the bigger units. Double bolt holes for 2 padlocks if needed for 2 renters joint access security. Covered loading bay, large lifts, trolleys and easy to use security code access until 9pm. Too much stuff to fit in my reserved units on my second delivery! Luckily there was an empty unit that Paul added to my account as I unload the van.
Insurance> Paul quickly cancelled my Storage King insurance, when I proved that my household policy covered my items in storage.
Students> Not a student myself but witnessed Paul being helpful to students storing items for the holidays in small lock-ups.

James provided outstanding support during phone conversation, reminding on current offers and helping to choose right size. Staff was and still is immensely supportive proactive. Highly Recommend.

Storage King were very helpful in explaining the process of arranging storage, also the documentation required. I was able to complete the whole process in a short space of time. Thank you for being so patient and obliging.

Daily phone calls despite not giving explicit consent for phone calls and attempting to ignore them. It’s an unwelcome aggressive tactic that did nothing but turn me away. When I requested they stop the person who had been making them happened to be the person dealing with my call- not great on the customer service front. Don’t think I’d feel safe there

I moved in my storage this day, I was very kindly received. Paperwor was kept to an acceptable amount. Payment was quick and easy (also still a bit expensive).

Great interaction and follow-up on a request for information. Made suggestions for the size that might be needed and later was able to offer a larger size on the day of registration when I felt that the unit was too small for what was needed.
On the day I was given a full explanation and your the facility.
The storage is new and currently is clean and tidy.
