Outstanding customer service
My experience with this company was amazing, considering this is my first time using a storage space. The paperwork took about 15 minutes to complete. During so my phone was dead and the gentleman offered to charge it, so I could check the email to get the activation code. I was impressed with the staff, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Also impressed with the customer service received. I do recommend this company.

Crawley - Fantastic Staff and Service
The staff have been extremely helpful and efficient with providing us with the right storage and the free van hire. I would recommend Storage Kings to everyone based on my experience.

High security, very clean, professional service, superb staff!
James provided outstanding support during phone conversation, reminding on current offers and helping to choose right size. Staff was and still is immensely supportive proactive. Highly Recommend.

Very helpful explanation of the facility
All the options regarding the available storage facilities in the unit were fully explained. This enabled us to make the correct choice for the space needed to accommodate our items and how to access them when required.

Terri was really welcoming and helped us find a new storage unit after we booked the wrong one originally. She was very patient with us. I would recommend viewing beforehand. Facility was clean and the trolleys were easily accessible. The app worked a dream. This was the Canterbury unit. Unable to select it as a location.

Wouldn’t use anywhere else!
Currently using Storage King in Aylesford, nothing but helpful. Brilliant customer service, cheapest around. Great prices on useful items in the shop too (bubble wrap, boxes, etc). Have used a few other storage places before, but none as good as these.
