I'm a repeat customer
I'm a repeat customer. I'm not joking, it is the best store facility by far in terms of cleanliness and facilities. My only complaint is that there isn't one in Leicester, sort it out Storefirst.
The staff are so cheerful (obviously being paid too much).
In the sea of bad service that we are used to these days they are a stand out example of how it should be done. Well done Chris and the crew, you must be fed up of me by now but it's highly likely that I'll be back. Sorry.

Great customer service from the team at StoreFirst Rushden
Received a phone call today from the team at Storefirst regarding my payment that was due. Resolved the matter within 3 minutes after clarifying the new card details and confirming postcode on the card.
So rather than letting payment problems arise they proactively contacted me to make sure the payment went through.
Just another example of excellent customer service from the team at Storefirst Rushden. They are all very helpful and friendly, always let me use the meeting room and other facilities, they hold parcels for me that are delivered to the unit; I've been a customer of Storefirst since December 2023 and I'm happy to be associated with such a pleasant team.

Great service
Received a warm welcome when we walked in, and as the conversation progressed the young lady remembered us and was very helpful throughout. She went through everything again, as it was June when I last had a moving date, which unfortunately fell through.
She explained how things would go on the day, and said if we had any questions or concerns to phone in and they would be answered.
It makes such a difference when you are treated in this way, and the service is the same, whether you phone in, or call into the reception area.
