The best customer service received in a long time, thank you!
Moving house as we all know is very stressful however when I called to speak to someone re a storage unit for 8 weeks it was the least stressful thing I have done in a long time. From the enquiry to quote and confirming the details to going to see the storage the whole process was efficient, professional and personable, the lady who helped me Veera Porhola, was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I never reaiized how this company courted you like you where its favourite girlfriend . It dawned on me when i thought about writing this. The devil is in the detail. The core service is unbeatable but where you are unkowingley seduced is conference facilities the imaculate toilet area the kitchen and dinner /tea area is immaculate. The staff take care of the fabric of the building but there approach to business is excellant. Its a balance of professionalism and cordiality. The management, i mean the top boys are equally savvy they have funded these extras and it works. Simple clever formula .....you know what,...... it works

It was very easy to reserve a unit by phone and to complete the paperwork in reception on the specified date. The gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful and explained everything to me. It is easy to access the unit when required. Good price as was on offer at half price for 3 months.
