Paid a deposit for a deck and patio roof at the end of October and was told 2 weeks for engineering. Waited and waited for it to come through. Followed up to be told the engineer was on leave and we could expect engineering by mid to end of December. When that did not happen we followed up again to be told end of January. we got an email at the end of January of the sketch that was drawn on the day we paid the deposit. By that time some of the funds we had for the project had gone. We asked for a refund only to be told we had to pay $500 for what seems to be the privilege of being messed around for 3 months. With in my opinion nothing from engineering.

I was impressed with the customer service from Natalie Lavelle who patiently discussed the details of building a balustrade for my deck. She was meticulous in pointing out the details of the measurements to consider the diameter of the steel posts.
I returned two days later to confirm my order with her (Quote ref: 77459521) with the amended measurements.
I observed that despite being busy, Natalie noticed the customers who were waiting, asked them about their needs, and directed them accordingly.
Natalie is dedicated to her work with a concern for the customers. She even helped me load the posts I bought that day.

I’ve been a regular customer of Stratco Archerfield for many years… I was purchasing a number of custom made items recently, and a lot of thought, and planning was needed to get this job perfectly accurate… One Team member in particular went out of his way to get my job precise, and correct… He arranged it all, and had my job completed so fast… I was so impressed with the effort he went to, that I was compelled to pass on my complete satisfaction to his manager… I’ll be back to see David again, keep up the outstanding customer service, and thanks again. I placed an order in-store on 21/08 for some Ezi-slat supplies, when i collected the order on 28/08 i pointed out that only 11 slats had been ordered for the panel and that 16 were required. (1st mistake)
An additional 5 slats were ordered. When i un-packed my order at home i discovered that the 3x top-caps for the posts and ezi-slat screws were missing. (2nd mistake)
When i went to collect the 5 additional slats, only 1 had been delivered to store. (3rd mistake)
I was assisted by Nalia who said she would get the missing top-caps and screws and 4 slats couriered to me ASAP.
It's now 9/09 and i'm still waiting and have not been able to start my job.
This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Our driver Callum was friendly, respectful and accommodating: he went out of his way to help us position the delivery where we needed it for security.

Trying to get a rolled corrogated roof made to measure and after many phone calls we found Stratco at Acherfield could do it. The guy on the phone said to bring our beam in for the profile, no worries. In store today beam in hand, one woman said to wait for a guy who was busy, waited while he served someone then got his attention and he said to ask someone else. We said the chick told us to see him and he said to see the checkout chick. We asked her and she didn't know what to do and pointed us back to him. He came over and said he was busy with a back up of customers... we were the customers. Left the store. Useless staff who want to fob you off to someone else. Makes you wonder how some people still have jobs.

Literally thought you guys would be able to provide some quality manufacturing but when i arrived to pick up my order, the 2.4x1.8 gate support frame was only spot welded, leaving major structural issues, and had not even been ground back, with welding slag over join. Literally a kid in fuqqin year 9 design tech could do better.
I received a partial refund from the store manager of 100 dollars, but considering i paid nearly $500 for this 'custom' frame and a good neighbour fence panel, i believe this refund is pathetic.
and obviously upset by the matter, i approached multiple staff inside the store, only to be treated like a piece of garbage by the girl at the info desk.
only good employee in that store was Garry, being the only person to actually took the time to listen and tried his best with a 100 dollar partial refund, but only after being told by the state manager to do so. also advised me that these products are not made for quality, only to standard.
should have fuqqin gone to bunnings.
I purchased three different orders over a period of one week. Excellent prompt service each time - this was the Archerfield store. The despatch person was particularly good and although he was very busy, he was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and even helped me load my goods. Great store - I will be back.

First time buying from Stratco and I am impressed brought some ceiling fans..one broke and it was refunded promptly, politely and professionally. Will not hesitate to buy there again.

Although the stock wasn't ready to collect the day after I had a SMS saying it is ready, they were very cooperative, they quickly brought the stock and I was out in 10 minutes. You can feel - it is a Stratco customer service. "They want to help you"

Product was fine and reasonable price.
The store seemed to be low in staff - no-one in warehouse to assist.
Bought on line and picked up in store. No issues.
Excellent service from Stratco and the garden beds are very good quality
