Sam from the Parts Dept was a Super Star....Thankyou
I had had a dreadful last week in terms of general poor customer service from other Companies. So it was so refreshing and a much welcome relief to have such a great customer service experience when I walked into the showroom at Aylesbury. Reception were brilliant and personally took me to the Parts Dept where I had already made arrangements to pick something up. Sam from the Parts Dept was an absolute star, so professional, helpful and went above and beyond in how he dealt with me (including when I first spoke with him earlier on the phone that day to check if the part was in). Although I am a VW driver I am now aware that they also service VW which is great to know. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend this garage....free coffee whilst I waited !!

Excellent service today from Bryan & the Aftersales Team @ Aylesbury Audi. The new Aftersales Showroom set up was refreshingly Air conditioned with plenty of room .. excellent & prompt diagnosis and very polite reception teams.

Fixed fault under warranty
Fixed fault and even provided extra parts not covered by warranty free. Local Audi dealers would not look at the car for 4 weeks, booked in within 48 hours car fixed in 24 hours, cleaned inside and out for free. Excellent service, deffinatly buy car from them again.

Crapstone
Crap company. Never fix things on time and when they do fix the car it usually fails soon after.
First time failed on the forecourt when leaving.
Second time the brand new fuel hose came off and spilled diesel all over the M1. Highways agency now seeking payment for the cleanup.
Avoid this dealer.
Note Stratstone reply 2 months after my review asking for more details. You had all the details in the several hours we spent discussinf this in your branch. Standard canned response tells you all you need to know. Deduct one more star for a round ZERO STARS.
