Great customer experience
Nice warm welcome from reception offered refreshments without hesitation. When asking to view the 330e we were greeted by Gemma who told us everything we needed to know and more besides. Even though this was about understanding the specs for a company car she couldn’t do enough to help us make sure we had made the correct options. Advised us that if we had any other questions or queries to not hesitate to get back in touch. Really nice to be made so welcome and relaxed definitely a much improved customer experience than Marshall’s Grimsby. Thanks again.

Fantastic customer service from Morgan
Fantastic customer service from Morgan, I’ve never like the idea of a BMW because of how technical they are on the interior, but he took his time explaining and it’s pretty simple once you get to understand them fully.
Any questions or queries I had was answered multiple times and in full depth.
I was devastated to hear he was leaving the sales department as I was looking forward to dealing with him as and when I wanted an upgrade!

From the minute I walked in the showroom to picking up my car 2 months later, the staff were extra helpful. Mark went above and beyond to explain the various options available to me in the car that met my needs. Dealt with Bash through the whole buying experience and have to say that the service we received from him was first class.
Communication was excellent as he got back to me promptly and as promised.
He went out of his way checking if the car had arrived in the UK and worked around our hand over requests.
