Telephone staff give wrong information and not very friendly at all. Parts Manager on the day was professional but seriously had no joy in his job. Just be nice, friendly and smile! It costs nothing these days...or let someone else do your job! Considering Stratstone is a prestigious high end car dealership, shocked how awful your staff are!

Strastone Nottingham service dented my car
Booked my car in for 6 year service for a velar because 7 years needed timing belts the cost was enormous at 1600 pounds then when I collected tue car had 2 dents one on my door and one on my wheel arch. They did work on my wheel arch as liners had moved, showed the advisor straight away. Would say not very quick at coming back, can’t get hold of anyone and for damage caused by them think appealing service

JLR are the worst company I have ever…
JLR are the worst company I have ever had any dealings with, their products are not worth the money you pay for them. They pride themselves on their aftercare, it is non existent.
I would strongly recommend anyone remotely thinking of purchasing one of their products to seriously reconsider.
Their customer service is appalling, do not consider buying from them.

Poor service.
Made an enquiry on a vehicle. They called me back at 1930 at night. I was ready to buy the car and it was available. Was told I’d get a call back to finalise the deal and never got a call. 2 days later I see the car is sold. Couldn’t be bothered to let me know. Main dealer badge, back street garage service.

Personal items missing
UPDATE - received a callback and surprise surprise, categorically denied this could have happened. Not even interested in discussing the subject.
Personal items missing after my service. I would suggest you remove all personal items before you use Stratstone Nottingham as I had both a memory stick and change taken when I took my car in yesterday. I reported this as soon as I noticed (2 minutes after leaving the garage) and still awaiting a callback.

STAY AWAY
In March 2023, I purchased a Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover with high hopes and expectations. However, by September 2023, my excitement turned into frustration when my vehicle broke down. Since then, it's been a rollercoaster of disappointment.
Despite numerous attempts to communicate my concerns and engage with Jaguar Land Rover, including through my solicitor, the response has been lackluster at best. My solicitor wrote to Jaguar Land Rover in Nottingham, the place where I purchased the vehicle, expecting a prompt and decisive resolution. Instead, we've been sent in circles, with our concerns seemingly ignored.
I've been offered a choice between a reconditioned engine or a £40,000 compensation for a vehicle I originally purchased for £69,000. While I reluctantly accepted the terms, progress has been painfully slow.
Adding insult to injury, I've been left without a courtesy car for five months, forced to bear the burden of renting a vehicle. This situation has caused immense stress and financial strain, turning what should have been an enjoyable ownership experience into a nightmare.
As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a proactive approach to resolving issues. JLR Land Rover UK Land Rover, it's time to prioritize customer satisfaction and improve communication and customer service standards. Your response to this matter is crucial.
