Stratstone - Porsche Centre Colchester Avis

Efficient service from collection through to the service and then the prompt return of my car.
Well definitely be using Porsche Colchester again.

Clear pricing and all works completed as requested and expected.

Arriving at my Porsche centre is a great feeling, beautiful cars are always on show, I’m made to feel very welcome by the staff on reception, I’m always greeted with a smile and a coffee.
Both Tristian & Ian are always on hand and ready to assist me, nothing was ever a problem, I could not have wished for a better people.
I found the sales process very easy indeed, the paperwork was a simple process and handled very professionally.
The 'German' themed handover was amazing, seeing my new car properly for the first time with close friends & family, music, lights and of course bratwursts, I will never forget, all I can say is ‘dreams do come true’ thank you..
Tristian, Ian, Richard and the team at Porsche Centre Colchester - I simply cannot thank you enough for your warm hospitality, guidance, patience & faith in helping me design my amazing 992 GT3RS. From The Sonderwunsch dept in Germany to the design room in Colchester the complete experience has been fantastic. Thank you for making my dream come true!

Very friendly service, estimate was spot on (no nasty surprises)

Good experience having the car serviced. Thank you.

Great service.

The salesman, Joe, is really enthusiastic and helpful and shares my passion for the Porsche brand and it's the people that make a company good to deal with.

Professional service as always. Issues explained and fixed satisfactorily within mutually agreed timeframe.

Looked after very well by Mikayla with my recent booking at Porsche Colchester, but the whole team there are always extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Pleasure to do business with them.

Recently moved across from another OPC and the service has been exceptional.

Can’t be bothered as nothing gets done. Something is changing at Colchester porsche

Extremely pleased with all aspects of my service visit. Porsche Colchester were polite, attentive and delivered a great value experience. Will definitely come back and recommend them.

I'm aware that your service arrangement includes the collection and return my car from my house with a courtesy car, but this must be booked in advance and unfortunately this was impossible due to lack of availability. I agreed to drop the car in the workshop on the 17th of Jan and collect it on the same day. I opted for a collection on Saturday morning to avoid Friday evening rush hour traffic. However, I dropped the car on Wednesday 15th of Jan with confirmation that the car will be washed and booked for a collection at 09:30 on Saturday 18th of Jan. To my surprise I received a call late on Friday afternoon that the service was completed but no time to wash the car and it can't be collected at 09:30 due to another booking. I suggested that I could be there to collect it at 08:30, but then I was told every effort would be made to wash the car. I was there at the agreed time and the car wasn't washed, what a great disappointment. Firstly, I paid full price for the service that was supposed to include collection and return the car to my house, but this wasn't the case, and the least service "washing the car" wasn't provided either. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, sadly there is no alternative Porsche around the area except London.
