We’ve used the service a couple of times to transport our sons thing between NI and the UK mainland, the last time being the mid/end September, and have found it really easy to use, efficient and reliable.

Just followed the steps detailed on the website and everything was collected and delivered without any hassle. Would recommend to others and we’ll be using it again in the near future.

It was my first time using a storage service. Honestly I was worried whether it would be safe but I had a good overall experience. The collection and pickup were very smooth and quick. I didn’t know where I will be during return time, so it was good to have the option of providing a return address later.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Quick and easy, and the price is very reasonable. Had no problems ever and I have used them twice. I would trust them again to store my stuff over this summer too.

Great easy service

I planned my move less than a week in advance and everything was super easy and smooth. Alex took great care of my order!

It's an overall great service, with the free boxes and flexible time selection. It's very easy to use and hassle free. Last time I used the service, there was a slight delay in receiving my boxes back, but thankfully I was notified of the reason and reassured that they would be delivered as soon as possible. All I can say is they keep their promises.

I have used the shipping and storage service in this company. I can freely choose when I want to deliver the box and receive them freely.

They do not deliver during weekends, but they tend to deliver everything earlier than the set date. So it is not a problem for me.

The 6 boxes arrived safely and and in time, they even arrive earlier which is perfect!!

Although one of my luggage arrived late for a few days, it did not matter that much. Considering its price and service, it is totally worth it. Overall I will recommend this company for shipping :)))

Everything went according to plan, both for collection and return delivery.
Got worried as I could not log in anymore on the website, to confirm return dates, but got help in the following hour, and that was fixed.

Student storage box is amazingly good and is very convenient and cost effective for students. The boxes arrived in the same pristine condition as we sent them. Alex was very helpful! Would definitely use them again!

As an international student with no family in the UK, i was quite worried about whether all of my belongings will be stored safely or not. However, this service did not disappoint me at all and i found it extremely helpful. All my belongings were collected for storage and delivered to my new address on the exact date as requested along with no damage. I’d highly recommend this to everyone!

Horrible service. I am an international student and my friends and I decided to store our stuff through the summer break. The pick up process was easy, but the delivery? Hellish.

According to the company, something went wrong where a partner or something was liquidated and so our delivery is delayed. Ok. Fine. That's not their fault. . . Except those problems don't happen over night. No forewarning, no attempt to reach out and work something out, just, "sorry, it's delayed, he's £15 and a discount for next time."

We're sat like sitting ducks. We check tracking everyday and nothing. They even had the foresight to say "dont contact us pwease, were working really, really hard". Wow, that sucks, almost as much as having to buy all your essentials back. The service may be good, who knows, but they SUCK at communication.

All in all, if nothing goes wrong, good service. I don't doubt the competence or ambition of the workers, but they need to improve heavily on communication. Especially because they are handling people's valuables.

Excellent service. I stored my stuff for about 7 months and asked for delivering in and out. The service is amazing and I got nothing damaged. Cost is cheaper than other companies. Inquiry can be reached and received reply quickly from its platform. Strongly recommended!
