I recently spoke to Charlotte in respect to legal help , as there was a 14 day deadline to submit papers to court she requested I send all documents over so she could review and give a idea of charges in preparing and submitting papers to court and act on my behalf. I was very disappointed that despite sending the documents the same day and chasing her , she failed to reply back to me , thus, delaying the time I needed to get my application to court. No response from at all. I would further like to add that I find her comment that she or the business was not a charity deeply offensive and rude. I was looking for representation , I am not stupid and I am quite well aware a service requires payment and I am very much in the position to pay for it

Rafael is very experienced in his field. He was dealing with my grandmother who is 84 and a little nervous about these things. One of his USP’s is that he is comfortable doing home visits which goes a long way with elderly clients. Rafael explained everything clearly and succinctly during the all the meetings and my grandmother was delighted with the service. It is important to point out that Rafael uncovered an issue with the old will that would have caused complications later down the line and we are very appreciative for that. I have no hesitation recommending Rafael to any family, friends or my clients.

Annie stepped in when a previous solicitor let us down. She turned around the property paperwork in very short order, meeting a tight deadline. Very impressed with the professional and meticulous service.

I was searching online for a company that could help us with a case against our Landlord, who had left our flat in a terrible state of disrepair for many years. I found Summerfield Browne and done some checking on them. I left a note for a call back and within an hour I was called by a lady called Hina Thakrar, she asked me questions and made notes on our case and sent me items to send to her straight way to pursue a case. Hina has now looked after this case for us for at least 3 months, she has been in regular contact and has got us a pay-out that although is not what we were hoping for is still more than what we were originally offered. Hina advised us superbly throughout and I can genuinely say that has it not been for her I do not think we would have pursued it for as long as we have. Summerfield Browne is a wonderful company and incredibly efficient in their operation. Summerfield's staff are supportive and knowledgeable, a fact that becomes immediately evident after a phone call.

Rang them to discuss the time they sued a previous client for what he said on the internet. They were very rude but I think it's worth remembering that they sued that poor guy. Could be you, don't let it be.
