Fabulous product and does exactly as it says in the blurb have recommended it to family and friends who are also going to order one

We ordered 2 H2NO Carry Bags after reading the various reviews. Great web site, easy to order - bags arrived within a few days. Everybody at the golf club has commented on the bright colours and the first time we used them it rained. No hard to fit waterproof covers and the bags were completely waterproof.

I ordered my Sun Mountain merchandise based on the recommendation of a friend. The order was dispatched almost immediately and delivered within 48hours of my order being placed - Exceptional
I have now used my new trolley on a dozen occasions and have can honestly say that the product has performed beyond my expectations. The Sun Mountain Micro-cart is a truly innovative design - it rolls along with such ease that it feels like there is nothing in my golf bag even when fully loaded with balls, drinks, the lot - it folds in a very tidy package that fit behind the seat of a friend's sports-car. I also purchased a Sun Mountain bag which is an ideal combo for the cart and is of excellent quality and well-designed to make all clubs visible and carry all my gear in a logical and orderly fashion

I was very pleased with hedgehog wheels, both the timely delivery and also satisfied with the price. They were easy to replace (although the Club pro did it for me!)
but am confident now I have the right tool I will be able to change them easily when
the this nasty weather finally comes to and end!. However................within a week two of the wheel centre caps came off without me noticing and, of course, the nuts are
are now exposed I presume to possible rust. The caps on my other wheels are not the same size and I have not been able to find a shop that sells them. Can you help please.

Don't think just buy

Didn't believe the speed of your Free delivery! Ordered it pm arrived am next day!!

i recently requested a replacement drinks holder for my Sun Mountain Micro cart as i ripped it taking out of my car. They send me a replacement within a week at no charge..now thats what i call a class service.

After not receiving my order, and had no card put in through the post, I phoned to enquire. I was told by a very snotty male member of staff that the courier service was usually very good with the implication that the non-delivery was my fault.
Having being told this several times, I wished I had never bought anything and cancelling the order except it was a present for my husband. Unfortunate as Sun Mountain's products have a good reputation.

Ordered H2NO cart bag based on spec of 5000 mm waterproof protection as advertised on sun mountain website. Delighted my bag arrived within 2 working days. Unfortunately tag on bag stated only 2000mm waterproof protection. Have left email, voice message and called several times to the number provided to question why, I've had absolutely no response from the company. For having some of the most expensive bags on the market their customer service is dreadful.

Ordered on the Tuesday.....delivered on the Wednesday. It does not get much better than that! Ohhh thanks for the free Umbrella !!
