AVOID THIS COMPANY & THEIR LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS

Looking at these reviews looks like they are still not to be trusted.

Bought a battery off eBay, lasted 4 months and now at 16% charge capacity.

Had it independently tested locally to avoid the return postage and now having an absolute nightmare trying to get this refunded.

I appreciate things go wrong but you get a good judge of a company it how they react to correcting those wrongs. This one is awful.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought one of these batteries, the battery won’t hold its charge after halfway through the warranty period

Terrible service. Bought a battery off Amazon by this seller. The battery would not charge at all. I wrote to the seller explaining and they said to return. However, as this is a battery it is prohibited from posting. I told this to the seller and they said would arrange a courier, they never did so I raised my concerns with Amazon who advised i pay for return and they would refund costs through the seller. In transit the battery leaked and so couldnt be delivered. I told the seller and Amazon, but didnt get anywhere as the battery wasnt able to be delivered. The seller must be aware of this and is why he didnt arrange a courier and so abusing the system by getting the customers to return. There was no refund off the seller, only a message to say he would check the battery when he receives it back but of course that cannot happen as it has been disposed off for safety purposes. I have now reported to Amazon and Trading standards. Do not get ripped off by this seller.

Purchased a golf trolley battery for my Powakaddy trolley in May 2025. Used it twice a week until li failed in July 2025 !
The company dont take phonecalls and do not respond to emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Contacted the seller, No response!
Ordered the battery by mistake!
Such a phaff to return.

Purchased a golf trolley battery (SB12-20ah) lasted approx 7 months then failed to hold charge. Opinion total rubbish dont buy

Battery failed after just 3 months company offered 4 years warranty in sales advert but have failed to honour this warranty........ so far no reply from Superbatt but can involve Trading Standards to resolve.

Old battery new sticker.avoid at all cost.

I've purchased over 18 batteries from this company over the last 6 years and will be purchasing another 8 in the next week from them. I have had 3 fail out of the 18 that lasted 6 years and I have replaced them with another 3 also from superbatt. I live TOTALLY off grid and use them as my solar storage bank EVERY day

Another one who's battery lasted less than a year. No response from the company, therefore they do not honour their warranty. Another complaint going to Trading Standards it seems judging by recent reviews on here.

Never again. Battery lasted just under one year. Took care of it, never turned engine on low battery.. car is a willing starter. Previous battery was a Varta. Next battery will also be a Varta!

hi this is a bad company to purchase from i purchased a battery with four year guarantee for peace of mind ,with in two years it failed they would not refund it , a leading auto factors checked the battery for me and i was told by the mechanic testing the battery it was faulty and i would be very lucky to get a replacement or refund from them as he had seen this a number of times with this brand of battery i contacted the seller no reply i reported this to ebay . they have not done any thing about it, it took three weeks for the seller to reply to me after it took ? one phone call three emails to them and then that was only after a letter from (trading standards) about this. by that time i had to purchase a new battery to get to work ebay are still selling there battery's on there site after i reported this situation to them they just told me to contact the seller, the seller told me after i told them i have had to perchance a new battery to get to work they did not do refunds hope this experience of mine helps any one to make there own mind up about purchasing this product

I bought a battery from this company via ebay with 4 years warranty and seller dont reply to messages regarding problems with the battery. Have to buy a battery from another company despite still in the warranty period.
My experience with this company is very negative as they are misleading the public and obviously I will inform trading standards of this situation.

Battery would not hold its charge,after personally taking it back twice,mr Singh eventually gave a refund after I said trading standards would be involved.

Do not trust this company, they supplied a car battery that only lasted 4 months. The. Do not respond either direct or through eBay, horrendous customer service and product!
