Superbwigs....you should not be able to sell such garbage to the public, you needs to be regulated, the WORST OF THE WORST! wig I've ever bought.
I communicated with you prior to me purchasing loose wave hair 360 yet you deny me of that quality that you promised to deliver.
360 wig sits on my head like a flotation device, cap construction devastatingly poor, not to mention the hair: plastick like to the touch, multi color throughout, hair falls out like rain, not able to part anywhere in the front like it supposed to.
Hair, cap construction, hair quality, not to mention the color that runs out of this wig when shampooing especially for the first time.
Customers: your customers are the ones that makes you not only grow but prosper I've read the reviews on youtube about you; However you seems to prosper through your false sponsored advertisement to the very unsuspected crowd you're targeting, this is called BAIT & SWITCH.
I will never forget you, I've put the wig aside after a week of trying to work with it and also reaching out to you about the issues where you told me "our hair are 100% human hair.
GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD SUPERBWIGS!!!! BE A BETTER MERCHANT/VENDOR!!!

My friend and I ordered Olympia Preplucked Loose Wave Human Hair 360 Lace Front on different weeks. It wasn't as we expected. Wig supposed to be 16 in, but the entire wig is not that length. I do not like middle parts and it has one. The cap head size is too large.

Please read and believe the reviews. This company is a scam. The sent me the incorrect wig. I provided pictures and she agreed there was a mistake. Now that I am requesting to return the INCORRECT wig and no longer wig to do busy I have to pay to return it and will be charged a 15% restocking fee to give them back a wig I didn’t order. Customer service is very incompetent and I can’t tell 100% but I believe they went by another name that also had a lot of complaints of them doing the same thing.

Superwigs is a SCAM company. Their wigs look nothing like their display photos. The quality is VERY poor and little hair used to make the wigs. I requested a return for the item and they don't want to fully refund me my money. They are charging restocking fee and also at a higher price than what I paid for the wig. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase from them. Their practices and customer service is dishonest and despicable!

I purchased a frontal lace wig i was only able to wear it for a month it shed so bad i could not wear it the front of the wig was bald. After a few months i purchased another frontal lace wig. It only lasted for about 1 month. same thing happened. I contacted the company and all they told me was they are sorry to hear and nothing else.

I specifically told them to cancel an order days in advance. They pretended like they didn’t know I placed an order. After this they shipped it anyway. And they charge for returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

BEWARE. SCAM!!! I ordered a wig from their site and about 30 minutes later decided I wanted to cancel my order because I changed my mind. I sent them an email right away and asked that the order be canceled. It was just placed so I didn't think there'd be any issue. They waited days to respond to me. When they did respond they insisted on the purchase saying that I'd like it once I received it and offering other wigs instead. I said no, I'd like to just cancel my order before it ships and be refunded. They went ahead and shipped the order anyway. The order took way longer than it should have to arrive considering I paid $30 for 3 day shipping. Customer service was horrible and rude. Now I have a wig that I truly don't want and couldn't be refunded.

Beware of this company!!! The actual wigs look nothing like whats pictured. They definitely are using other sites website. ITS A SCAM!! Then when you want your money back they offer minimal refund because they know it costs more than the wigs to send back. Shady people and company!! Should be ashamed!!
