My experience is amazing
My experience is amazing, shop in Arndale in Manchester is very well organized and clean. It was easy to find products which I was looking for. Also, it was good, that I found other clothes for discount price. Staff is always friendly in Arndale Super Dry, very good communication skills and ready to help.
I love Superdry brand and clothes, it is definitely one of the best for me.

The Quality of the Clothes was very good and very nice choice of clothes the staff were lovely and very helpful however they didn’t have my size in the store or the item online so I had to go with as size larger but I understand this doesn’t happen all the time. I had a very good experience.

Bought a top yet the online price was…
Bought a top yet the online price was cheaper so rather than just refund the difference they refund and I order the identical top. You then get very poor updates on delivery. There is a track package email but despite saying delivered it does not mean this and the shop said it’s a known problem! I didn’t even get an email saying pick up the stops despite it being delivered to the store. I won’t bother with Superdry. Are they trying to kill off there own shops with different prices.. why bother with stores if the rip you off
