This store is the nicest place to visit in Belfast. Every member of staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful which is why my son and I keep coming back and spending money 😂. Love this place 🥰.

Never received delivery and their…
Never received delivery and their customer service number states no longer available, I have emailed and awaiting response, Delivery company Everi states failed delivery though I have been in the house on the delivery date. Everi are the worst ever think they deliver only when they have a few parcels as there is always a problem.

The electronic device wasn’t taken off…
The electronic device wasn’t taken off at purchase and we had to travel the next day from Cranfield Co Down. Terrible inconvenience. No help from any shop assistant after spending over an hour and a lot of money in the premises.
The music was stressful. Not a relaxed atmosphere for shopping for clothes, which takes a lot of thought.

Went into store today to get an exchange but don't have receipt and was told they wouldn't exchange it for a different size as it could have been bought somewhere else.im stuck with a £240 jacket that doesn't fit and its not sold in any other store as i checked online . Totally useless to me it wasn't like I was asking for cash back just a different size I'll not be buying out of superdry again

Great clothes great staff
The staff are really so helpful and friendly. The girl at the fitting room was so nice and was helping me to decide which jacket to get. She said the green would be nice for spring which I thought was a good idea. The counter staff are lovely as well.

Warm winter coat
One guy helpful and friendly. Found locating different colours and styles of coat difficult.
