Disappointing
Disappointing. After making a significant purchase during your online Black Friday deals, I had to exchange the items for a different size. When I visited your store, I was told that as the Black Friday deals had ended, to exchange, I would have to pay the difference. I declined to pay the difference for an exchange and took a full refund instead.

Ordered some gloves online
Ordered some gloves online, they arrived in store very quickly and the staff were great. The music in the shop is awful though, maybe I’m getting too old!

I can't remember the young mans name who helped me but he went overboard to help find the shirt I wanted, the colour of which was not in your shop. He had a wonderful demeanor and I would not hesitate to go back to him for any purchase.🤗

Although the trousers I ordered didn't work out, they arrived promptly and the returns process was very straightforward. Pleasant member of staff who dealt with the return in the store. (Bracknell)

Helpful and cheerful staff
The young lady who serve me in the Bracknell store couldn’t be more helpful. She was polite and cheerful. We had a lovely conversation about the fashion world as she served me too.
Discussing sizing and availability, nothing was to much trouble.

Great service
I visited the Bracknell store today and was served by Anna. Wow what a credit to your store, polite, personable and super helpful. She took time to help find a particular garment i required. Sadly its a shame 3 other members of staff weren't so dedicated to customer service, they stood around chatting, letting the queue at the tills build up and not offering their services to waiting customers.
I have give 5 stars based on the excellent service Anna provided today and that alone.
