Great product, pleasant shopping experience

The disinterested girl behind the counter forgot to take the security tag off the hoodie I bought, so I was chased down the street by another staff member and had to return to the store with my proof of purchase to get the tag removed. On top of ordering something online from Superdry the previous month which also has a security tag left on it and had to be returned this is now taking the mickey. Your service has gone down the toilet lately and I no longer consider you a quality brand.

The gentleman with whom we dealt was very pleasant and helpful and we obtained exactly what we wanted.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

I exchanged a jumper which cost 80 and received a credit of 22 .50 ! Absolute rip off shop
