Went to look for a waterproof type jacket. The hanging racks were crowed and finding size was a slight struggle . The store doesn’t have a lot of walking space.

Went into Superdry yesterday and bought a jacket, was served by a lady called Claire who was really bubbly and absolutely hilarious, she really cheered us up and made our visit to the store one to remember!

Already had a superdry coat which I have had for a number of years,I needed a new 1 so went in a bought 1,there were loads to choose from but I new what I wanted very easy

Online Returns = Intentionally Broken
The returns process is a long-winded fraud.
The stores can’t process or issue receipts for returns, you are promised an email within an hour of leaving.
That doesn’t happen. You’re on your own. It is no accident, it’s an exploit of the scarce consumer protections in the UK.
If you think you may return an order, you’re better off shopping in-store, and reluctantly at that.
