Missing Order
Ordered online got message to say it was ready for collection from store, store couldn't find it, told me to ring customer service following day, couldn't get a reply, gave up, Superdry charged me for it, sent me this review link, then refunded me. Was a Christmas present so pretty unhappy. If stock is not assured, don't sell it online please and mess people around.

Fantastic service
Found a lovely jacket in the local Superdry store for a Christmas gift for my Stepson. We are not seeing him over Christmas so had the jacket sent to the address where he will be spending the holiday, 400 miles away. The package was sent promptly and efficiently, being delivered in days. Our courier Damien was fantastic making a call to me when there was an issue with delivery location. Totally recommend asuperdry 👍

Great product and great service
I ordered a hooded gilet in store as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was given a lot of help by Amy in the Cribbs store, with size guidance and ordering. The payment system was slow and seemed to not go through, so we tried again and the order was done. The gilet arrived promptly and was perfect, really pleased with it. When I checked my bank account however I discovered that I’d been charged twice. I called the store, the manager called head office and a repayment was received the next day. Good service from the team at Cribbs store Bristol. Thank you.

Very good and friendly service. Delivery very quick. Only one minor problem was a small pull in the jumper sorted instantly by my wife so 5⭐️ still deserved.
