I returned a few items from my order that didn’t fit. A nice man in store offered to send me the next size up in the jacket, but has only managed to send me the same size again, giving me yet another trip back to store…

Wide choice of clothing and friendly, helpful staff

This is the third time I’ve tried on/bought this skirt. A 12 in shop too big, ordered 10 still too big, ordered 8 still too big. It’s like every skirt is the same size the waist is massive. I’m wondering if there is a fault with this skirt as I really want to buy it. I’m a size 10 normally but the 8 is huge. Was it just faulty product as each skirt looked the same massive size. I would love to buy it and be able to wear it.

Staff were helpful and nice, items bought were good quality.

I had to exchange a hoodie that was too small, no problem for the store, gentleman who served me was friendly and helpful, luckily they had the item in the back of store

Went to store for exchange after washing my coat as per the washing instructions and the filling coming apart. Store said this was a common problem. Was told I wasn’t able to have a refund in cash (the method id paid with), I had to wait a week for it to be refunded onto card, despite showing receipt showing a cash purchase. Then when I raised a complaint I was told that I had never produced a receipt. Awful customer service and awful product that cannot withstand its washing instructions.

Tried so hard to get the right email address have sent messages to 6 different email addresses and not one has been received they don't want to hear that anything has gone wrong will never buy from them again Customer Service there isn't any.

That is very simple the answer is quality style and long lasting ok it might be a bit dear but you pay for what you get fabulous clothing

Size 16 was way too small and I am not a big person. The manager told me it wasn't good business sense to making bigger coats as they didn't sell well. So anyone broad shouldered or big chested have been basically told by the manager to shop elsewhere they don't cater for you

Took my coat back after a year had a split under my armpit
Showed the assistant the credit card transaction and he offered an exchange immediately

Easy to order, quick delivery into store

Ordered a sports puffer jacketon-line which arrived within a couple of days. Inadvertantly, wife also bought the same item in store so had to return the ordered item. Within minutes of the return being acknowledged our account was being refunded. Easiest returns policy ever. Great exerience, we done SuperDry
