I order the clothes online. I am given a specific time for it to be ready for collection. But it is always faster than what they first anticipate. When I get to the store the customer service is impeccable. And the clothes are of very good quality. Will be a regular customer of superdry

I am very pleased with the order because I really like clothes from your company. The only thing that surprised me this time was the size. I always order size S and it's perfect and this time I had to order size M.

I love everything Superdry!! I have a knee length wool coat with red satin lining and blue velvet epaulettes, it's gorgeous. I've always wanted a leather aviator jacket, I'm very happy with my Superdry leather jacket, it's warm, looks good and fits like a glove. Thanks Superdry 👍🏼

Great quality i buy big size so I exchange to little size and the lady on the shop very good customer service she deal with me very nice and politely I love it so I buy other jacket also a good jacket thanks.

Ordering and pick-up from store was very straightforward but I should have taken the jumper back as there's a small hole in the chest area. Thinking I could fix it myself, I've made it worse and Superdry don't have spare badges/motifs/emblems to cover it.
Anyway, the jumper's very nice and the fit is great.

Have not received my item over 3 weeks now

Item was fantastic BUT the person on the till left the tag on and it didn’t go off when leaving the store !! So, I needed to make another visit to the store to get it removed. Contacted superdry online but that was useless !! So, item great but service crap

I went to collect my online order from the store . I got exactly what I was hoping for . Quality goods and great customer service. overall a very good experience. I love super dry products and would love to buy again .

I'm a regular customer for the superdry's stores. For me the quality of the products very high, from the sewing to the design of the clothes. My main purchases are always sweatpants, hoodies and sweatshirts and the main reason that I only buy with you guys is the quality and thickness of the material that the clothes are made. So when I bought online, I thought it would be the same. I purchased just one sweatpants to see how it would be and I was very disappointed with the quality. The textile texture is very rough and thin, the sewing was quite weak and loose for sweatpants and. The fabric was not warm and fluffy at all and the size didn't match the pictures that was shown on the website.
I love your products, but this one really let me down.

The order was processed quickly. The staff in Birmingham Bullring shop are so nice and very helpful. The quality of the product (wooly hat) is high and, in addition, it's beautiful and warm, really lovely.
