No one was serving at the till- we waited in a queue for ages - couldn’t really see anyone on the shop floor that looked like staff.

The Perfect Fit
Ordered jacket on line with click & collect, jacket turned up at my local Superdry store in less than 24 hrs. Item fitted (M) perfectly and well impressed with quality of jacket as you'd expect from Superdry. Great all round service with no problems.

Bought many items of clothing from Superdry, good quality at reasonable prices. Both online and in store customer service has been excellent. Popped in to the Cambridge brunch today and bought a padded jacket and once again great service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Store and staff extremely helpful but…
Store and staff extremely helpful but the sizing come up really small. We purchase a bomber jacket for my 13 year old and had to buy an adult size 12! You are not portraying a health body image to the youth of today!
But staff were excellent.

Exellent service
Superdry let me exchange the overshirt for a bigger size. The overshirt looks like an authentic military shirt. The price is reasonable considering it is a limited edition. No complaints.
