Excellent quality!
Excellent quality! Sometimes I find the full price a bit steep, but when they have items on sale it's well worth it. I recently bought a boho maxi skirt. The design is stunning, it's 100%cotton (which I love!) and you can tell it'll be getting a lot of wear. Thank you, Superdry!

Went to the store in Cork City
Went to the store in Cork City. Was approached by Ross, who was extremely helpful and sourced the superdry products in the sizes I wanted. I paid for them and was assured of swift delivery within 3days, so I could have them for my holidays. This did not happen. I then rang the store in Cork and spoke to Amy, who was again very helpful and apologised and offered to contact headoffice on my behalf. The problem seems to have been with the courier service. I'm away now and have been informed by my family that my superdry parcel has arrived, although too late for me. Fantastic service from the staff of superdry Cork, but disaster from courier service

I ordered a XXXL and it was to small
I ordered a XXXL and it was to small. either jacket is mislabeled or missized. At any rate leather jacket has to be returned. Not a happy customer!!!!!!

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the sizing of our products.
As there are no official British guidelines on sizing, interpretations do vary between companies. Superdry is notoriously a slim fitting brand, which may mean that some customers do choose to go up a size compared to when they shop with other retailers.
It is also possible for two products of the same size to differ slightly in size depending on how each item is designed to fit. For example, two T-shirts in a size M will fit differently if one is a slim/tailored fit and the other is designed to be a box/baggy fit.
We still however want it to be easy for our customers to pick the right size for them, so we regularly run ‘fit’ sessions to ensure our sizing is consistent and in line with the rest of the market as possible. We also include a ‘fit finder’ on each product page on our website to help our customers pick the correct size when shopping online.
We welcome all customer feedback and appreciate that the time you have taken to review us. It is through feedback such as yours that we can address areas for improvement and continue to meet our customer’s needs.
