Great customer service from Stacie in tbe Crawley store
I ordered 2 hoddies & 2 tshirts but the tshirts didn't fit very well, so I went to the Crawley store on Wedneday morning to return them but the store opened 30 minutes later than I thought. I only had 5 minutes left on my carpark ticket & something went wrong with the till but Stacie who served me said I could leave the items with her & she would sort it out for me. By the time I got home my return had be completed. GREAT customer service from Stacie & thank you for your help.

Easy simple quick and helpful
Actually our purchase started in store when my son tried on a jacket that was too big for him. A member of staff offered to check online for us and came back with the size we wanted so I ordered from the store. So simple. The staff member was super helpful. The Jacket came pretty quickly.
