Very good shopping experience
Placed my order in store as size I needed was not available. Assistant Leah and Ashley (hope I remember her name correctly as it is not printed on receipt) have been very patient, friendly and helpful. Items received within sealed plastic bag in perfect condition. Very happy with my shopping experience.

I had a coat delivered as the store did…
I had a coat delivered as the store did not have my size. On arrival it did not fit and I returned it to the store.
Staff could not have been more helpful both on ordering and return !

Security tags
Can somebody explain to me why my last couple of deliveries still have security tags attached meaning two separate journeys required to visit instore at manchester to get them removed causing me the expense of time and fuel and parking fees

Packing arrived fully open
Packing arrived fully open. Obviously not sealed prior to dispatch as parcel still has protective strip over sticky seal. Hoodie missing, but no way of proving it.

Nice wallet
My only complaint is that the Wallet which is a Christmas gift did not come in a box, I ordered it in a Superdry shop as they didn’t have any in stock and the assistant said she thought that as it was being delivered it would come in one, sadly it didn’t , hence only four stars .
