I took it back within 2 hours as there was a button missing. I got a refund but wasn’t refunded the correct amount. They charged me for the bag that I returned!!!

Great purchase
Bought this for my 18 year old daughter who wanted warm but on trend. She loves it and it looks great on her. True to fit sizing, and a quality finish. We received welcoming and helpful customer service in store.

During my visit I felt the staff gave me a good feeling, once I’d made my choice the lady who came to the check out counter done so just so I wouldn’t have to wait.
