Online order required smaller size
Overall pleased with the process of online ordering. Had to return items as required smaller size. Returned items to store and asked if the smaller sizes could be ordered in store for delivery and was advised that this could not be done. I was required to order the smaller sizes online rather than sort there and then.

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. Lovely staff in the Exeter superdry. Helpful and courteous.Product arrived in a timely fashion and very easy to change delivery address due to not being at home.
Overall a really good experience and I would definitely advise anyone to use superdry to ensure an excellent service and experience.

Great item Great service
I ordered online and as soon as the item arrived I realised it would be too small for my husband. I took it back to the Exeter store and the assistant could not have been more helpful. He explained that their clothes do tend to be on the smaller side and he exchanged it for me.

I specifically wanted a black puffer…
I specifically wanted a black puffer coat. Looked on line and saw that Superdry had several possibilities, reasonably priced. Tried one in store. Liked it. Fitted perfectly- size 8 - so bought it. Very nice assistant at the till answered a couple of questions.
